What would be good make-up tips for my features :)

I have green eyes, dark brown hair ( i might be putting in caramel highlights), a littler darker than fair skin, probably beige skin.


What would be a good way to do my make-up with-out going over board! please help.


and does anybody know a good place to get eyeshadow for little money!!?

Target has great make-up for little money.





I would do a plum eyeshadow on the lash line and mascara. that's really all you need
