Make up tips + sites for a blonde who needs a change?

Ughhhhh, i wear my make up the same everyday and its just not working anymore im tired of the same thing and im not even sure it was really nice in the first place. Please if you know some real hot ways to do make up on a blonde, pale-ishh 16 year old girl than give steps/tips or links%26gt;sites...ThanksMake up tips + sites for a blonde who needs a change?
Go to a cosmetics counter in a department store, explain your situation and that you'd like to try something new. Most places will actually do an application for you for free! It's super fun, and you get to act like a star with a make up artist for the day! They'll also be able to give you tips on stuff to wear to school, and then how to change it for the movies with friends on the weekend, or even that super special date you have planned for the weekend! :) Good luck!Make up tips + sites for a blonde who needs a change?
What color eyes do you have? I know I have platium blonde hair and the make up that makes everyone compliment me that really presents my face nicely are usually really light colored peachish eye shadows and cream color eye shadow along the eyebrows. A dark brown eye liner will make blue eyes stick out and dark black eye liner if your eyes are dark/brown. Use a really light neutral lip stick that doesn't stand out much due to your face being pale ( dark colors will look like too much) .

Make sure to get a very good powder. Clinique and even Avon I have found give this amazing matte look that makes your face look so flawless or even physcians formula ( its just like bare minerals but better and cheaper)

I hope this helped :)
Because you have green or hazel eyes, golds, browns and greens, would look great with your eyes. Try to make your eyes stand out without being too dramatic. Just try a brown eyeliner and mascara. And for eye shadow, try shades of gold, brown, or green. Maybelline has those 4-step eyeshadows, you could probably find one with those shades. Just remember to never be too dramatic, guys secretly love the more natural look on girls.
I started using a tinted moisturizer rather than foundation as it is a MUCH lighter coverage...
