hey so for grey eyes use pastel colours, like blues greens, and i would use black mascara to make your eyes pop more since theyre grey. ALSO this is the best tip EVAH: use a foundation about 2 shades lighter than what you are, and apply that just under you eyes and in the crease of your nose, it will make your face glow ! :)
