I have brown eyes, too, and here are some tips below that really make mine pop:

BLUE EYELINER:

-You can use a navy blue eye liner or an electric blue. What I like to do, is take an eyeliner brush and wet it. Then, you dip it in your eye shadow and the colour will turn into an eyeliner that is easy to apply and you can adjust the intensity. I like to only put a very thin line on my upper lash line. This way, you can't really see the colour, but your eyes really pop. I would recommend the colour ';Freshwater'; by MAC Cosmetics. It's an eye shadow.

PURPLE SHADOW/LINER:

-You can use many shades of purple, varying from light to purple to dark purple. You can apply it the same way as you apply the blue eye liner or you can be a little more creative. I like to use a light purple and apply it on my entire eye. Next, you can apply the dark purple to your lashline and blend it UPWARD so that you get a softer look. For a smokier look, you can use a thicker, round but small eye shadow brush and apply it under your lower lashes. By using a thicker brush, you can blend the eye shadow downward so that it's smokey. The purple will REALLY make your eyes pop and it will be so pretty! I recommend the colours: ';Stars N' Rockets'; and ';Satellite Dreams'; by MAC Cosmetics (they are eye shadows).

GREEN EYE LINER:

-Apply it in the same way as you would apply the blue eye liner to the upper lashline only. I recommend the MAC eye shadow colour called ';Swimming';.

DARK BLUE MASCARA:

-Dark blue mascara makes the eyes pop slightly, but it isn't as extreme as some other looks. You can get a great blue mascara from Sephora by the brand Benefit called ';Bad Gal Blue'; mascara. It's a nice, dark blue that will bring out your eyes.

Because I have brown eyes, too, I know these looks will look great. You can modify them to suit what you're used to or what you're comfortable wearing. Enjoy!Make up tips, please, for someone with dark brown eyes and rather somewhat tan skin?
Purple looks best on dark eyes. Not neon purple, like a nice plum. On tanish skin a bronzer powder works great just to balance out your skin tone. A nude/neutral lip gloss works great too. Some mascara. And I love gold eye liner it makes you looks so wide awake and fresh.

The key thing is to select colors that complement your skin tone - either warm or cool. Here's how to determine yours:

Warm skin tone:

1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.

2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.

Cool skin tone:

1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.

2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.

If you have a warm tone - consider navy, coffee brown, brownish reds %26amp; pinks.

If you have a cool tone- consider sapphire blue %26amp; berries (reds %26amp; pinks w/ a blue undertone).

For this fall - rich purples, lush browns %26amp; strong greys are focal colors for clothes so you will want strong but elegant makeup. Consider deep purple eyeliner tight against the upper lashline w/ black mascara %26amp; a sheer, rich wine lip color.
try caramel, or pink eyeshadow. you should contrast, so use dark lip gloss when your skin is lighter, and clear when its tanner.
