invest in a decent concealer. i like MAC studio finish concealer or bobbi brown corrector myself -- i have hereditary dark circles myself and they're pigmented enough to cover them up without caking or flaking. pat it over the problem area with the pads of your fingers and set it with a translucent powder.

the skin under your eyes is a very delicate area, so don't be too rough with it. for long term results, find a good eye cream that you can apply at night.Make up tips for someone with dark colouring under the eyes!?
nuetrogena has a couple of different eye concealers that are god, just make sure you do this before applying any eye make up bc that will definately interfere with that.

Good Luck
I too have dark coloured bags under my eyes that make me look constantly tierd. Then i found a make up trick its a concealer that comes in a lipstick but its for your under your eyes. and belive it or not its a light green colour as green cancels out browns and purples. i apply the green concealer then add my normal fondation and if my eyes are really bad i add a mineral powder over the top then do my smokey eye make up and its works fab. I don't know where your from but i bought mine from boots its natural collection and was only 拢1.99!
Try drawing a white line on the inside of your eyes. Or underneath if you like the look. See below.
Hiya take 2 spoons put them in the fridge for 15 mins take them out leave them on your eyes for 5 to 10 mins then apply Gariner eye roll on it comes with with a metal ball so it is easy to apply and massage in with the ball once that is applied and dried apply the gariner eye cream (they come in green packages) and apply 4 little dots to each lower eye and pat in with your ring finger and then wait until it dries and apply a concealer with brightening properties will help the look of dark circles oh 1 other thing is to drink 2 litres of water a day. once you've done this apply the concealer to your eyelids and then dust a little bit of loose powder on this to set it this is a good eye base and will make them last alot longer then apply eye make up
DO U MEAN DARK CIRCLES. FIRST U NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THAT, I USE A GREAT PROD FROM I.Q DERMA TO GET RID OF THE CIRCLES AND WHAT IS GREAT IS THAT U GET TO TRY IT FREE FOR 30 DAYS, IF IS NOT WORKING U RTN IF U SEE A DIFFERENCE U KEEP IT AND PURCHASE IT IT ALSO COMES WITH A CONCEALER, WHICH IS ALSO A SKINCARE.

HOPE THIS HELPS! :)
don't use a green coverstick the green cancels out red. you need a light reflecting concealer i think collection 2000 do one for 拢4.99 and that's the cheapest i have found one for. I think you can also get eyeko ones from superdrug. The concealer will reflect the light and make your dark circles lighter and much less noticable.

also use urban decay primer potion to make sure that the eyeshadow stays on your eyes and doesn't fall onto your dark circles making them darker.
Vitamin K or rather the 'lack of it' makes the skin under your eyes turn dark. Get some Vitamin K and some concealer. Apply your concealer with your index finger going from the inner eye area to the outer. Then put on some foundation....a lil blush on your cheeks and temples (the temples makes your face look slimmer) and then go for your eyes...NEVER wear any eyeliner on the bottom lid of your eye. I suggest one of the eye shadows that come with 3 colors that blend together, maybe a light blue, with a darker blue and grey. Good luck. The dark color goes on the middle of your eye lid or the 'crease'..I usually only use 2 colors, the dark color in the crease to contour and a lighter shade on the lid and right under neath my brows.

While you're home alone play with different shades til you come up with the look your going after.
