What store can a crossdresser go to for make up tips?

I was just wondering if a guy can go up to a cosmetic counter at a department store get some tips and try on cosmetic samples while there. What store can a crossdresser go to for make up tips?
You could try one of many finer department stores that have make-up counters. They usually have some one there that can show you how to apply make-up correctly and what matches your skin tone. I hate to see women or anyone for that matter who don't know how to apply make-up. They look like they applied it in the dark. Good luck once you learn the correct way to apply make-up it is very easy. What store can a crossdresser go to for make up tips?
I'd recommend MAC. They're always really friendly and I'm sure they would be happy to help.
I would think they should be able to go anywhere and get good service and respect. Otherwise, it's discrimination and their money is as good as anybody's.
Sure, why not? If you wanted to do something more privately you could contact a cosmetic representative from Avon or Mary Kay or buy some magazines with make-up and hair tips. Also, what about female family members giving some advice?
lala: if you go to mac they have stuff thats like both i saw this dude with some awesome make up trust me, i think that if your a cross dresser that that is hecka cool

Nic: Yeah I agree w/ lala but like I was watching cops and they arrested a guy 4 being a cross dresser. I was like WF???\

lala:WTF that is so les
i would go to MAC we have male staff working here and also crossdressers so why not? i find them and the males the nicest people to work with.
sure, why not?

i am an esthetician ; i don't work at a department store, but at a spa. we have lots of crossdressers come in for makeup before shows.

one of our best makeup artists is a crossdresser. that's who i have do my makeup when i go out. i do his when he goes out (only on dates. i don't like the way i do 'show' makeup on him/her)
I would think that you could shop there with confidence, because man or woman, your money is green and spends, and I believe that the department stores, they work on commission. Probably have a better chance if the sales associates are smart, they will know that if they are especially attentive to you, you are more likely to spend more money there.
if he wanted he sure could. but there are places online too, that can help with makeup tips as well.
