Make up tips for blue eyes red hair and fair skin?

i need make up tips for a girl that has small eyes red hair and light blue eyes with really fair skin! but i cant over due it. usually i slap on eyeliner and lip gloss. but i want to add more. but i cant were to much i think it just looks plain trashy!Make up tips for blue eyes red hair and fair skin?

i have blue eyes and red hair. try using brown eyeliner [it makes blue eyes stand out] and try covergirl exact eyelights mascara. i never use eyeshadow or anything else, but i ocasionally use bare minerals because it covers any small blemishes and makes your face look smoother. hope i helped a little!
Use a brown eyeliner and shear/lighter brown color on your eyes and they will make your features POP like crazy!

earthy colors! browns go great with blue eyes but be careful the color is not too dark or it will look overdone with your pale complexion.
