What are some good make-up tips for a 13 year old?

im 13 and i want to start using make-uip cuz everyone is now and days.i have sandy-blonde,hair blue eyes and im kinda pale.got any good tips

You need to definitely stay away from black. It will look harsh and won't compliment your skin.


Dark browns will show off your blue eyes and make them pop. Be sure to only apply to the top eyelid with eyeliner because it will most likely bleed throughout the day (except if you are spending a great deal of money on makeup).


If you are going to wear foundation, I would recommend going to a make store like sephora or Ulta and having someone who works there help you pick out a color that works with your complexion.

anywayyy foundation is a must. if you have dry skin use a sheer moisturizer, oily skin or a combonation then use a pressed powder. i know liquid eyeliner sounds scary, but its easy to use, comes off easier, doesnt run, and goes on darker. use dark brown liquid liner by wet n' wild (you can get it at the drug store) and draw a line all the way across the top and half way across the bottom. once you get good at it itll take you 10 seconds at the most. depending on how dark your eye brows are, you can either use brown or black mascara. only apply it to the top, and dont put too much on or it clumps. when you apply it, gradually move the brush upwards while going side to side, like a zig zag pattern. you dont need blush, and DEFINATELY dont use lip gloss, its super tacky. a tinted lip balm will look 10x better, get one shade darker than your natural lip color





and if you have really oily skin, try using a demattifier under your make up
Don't use anything too dark. Before my hair became silver, my natural color was a honey blond and my skin so pale I could only wear the lightest color foundation so I know where you're coming from. Don't faint when you see the first link - this is for lip the gloss color (peach-y) and, definitely, not the the eye make-up! With blue eyes, you can wear most colors but a light dusting of taupe may be what you want to try first. The colors on second link are some I have worn - when I wear taupe, I put a fine line of the gold at the base of my lashes as it ';opens'; my eyes. I've worn the lilac shown with both plum and with grey but this may be too dramatic to wear to school.

I'm 12, blonde hair, blue eyes, and pale. I use Bare Minerals Starter Kit, works well and covers blemishes. I use a tiny bit of black eyeliner and a lot of mascara. I add some concealer to the blemishes to be sure they wont show. I top it off with some lip gloss.
the point of make up is to make it look like u have none on...its to help bring out ur inner beauty, to help define ur unique features





so i say don't go crazy with it but have funn...stick to foundation, eyeliner and lip gloss
have a little bit of eyeliner.


wear a goldy Brown toned eyeshadow.


a little bit of loose powder foundation.


mascara,


peachy coloured blush.
