Can anyone suggest make up tips for a subtle bridal look?

i like the whole smoky eye effect but i don't want to use make up on my eyes thats toooo dark. i found a you tube instructional video for bridal makeup but she used a purple and black and although it looked brilliant - like i said, i don't want it to look too heavy.

any tips ladies? what colours work well together? can you recommend a brand?

also - if anyone can recommend a reasonably priced blush suited for light olive skin i'd really appreciate it!Can anyone suggest make up tips for a subtle bridal look?
A nice silver or gold would be lovely!

There are so many options but a nice not too dark and out there colour would really be nice.

congratulations by the way! ;)
:/ maybe just the usual white?
why dont you use nice pearly colors for your eyes....peaches corals pearly pinks ...shimmery beige...they'll all go well.....clinique is always a great option..you could try neutrogena's blush...its always easy on the eyes...you can brighten up your eyes with a nice mascara while keeping the eyeshadow neutral....use clinique..or lancome...if you want dramatically long lashes ... go for diorshow mascras..they bring brilluant results....estee lauder is also a great company for make up..you can have beige shimmer on the eyes and you can keep you lips matte or shimmering with a peach-coral lip gloss which will look great againt your skintone.....take care:)
For my bridal makeup I went down to the clinique counter at Debenhams and made an appointment for a bridal makeup session where they use their products to create the look you want. It's free, they should be able to find the correct foundation for you too. At the end they give you a list of the make up they used so you can buy the products to use on your wedding day.

I would really reccomend it, other makeup counters in debenhams do the same too.
Hi there,i have found a crystal glitter fat pencil works, with maybe a light aqua blue tint to the eyes, and brings out a stunning glow to the face.for a nice colored blush i would suggest a Max factor pan-cake foundation with possible a easy kind of blush found at a family $1,or other places like that.i would also suggest a mild cherry-berry lipstick-gloss as well.
