What are some simple make up tips that will help me to look fresh & natural?

I usally don't wear make-up, but I would like to start wearing some that would make me look refreshed %26amp; natural.

I have dirty blonde hair, green eyes and a fair complextion. What colors would be good for me to wear? What are some simple make up tips that will help me to look fresh %26amp; natural?
I'd suggest wearing a light foundation or tinted moisturizer to give you a more flawless skin tone without being to heavy. Brown mascara and possibly eyeliner will help make your eyes look more refreshed. And try a lip gloss that is maybe a shade lighter or darker than your own lip color.

In the future you might want to try adding eyeshadow a few shades darker that your face (light brown) and a natural looking blush (peachy or clay color) once you get used to wearing makeup. What are some simple make up tips that will help me to look fresh %26amp; natural?
wear some powder if you need it (I do, shiny skin) and curl your eye lashes (with eyelash curler) and use a black or black brown mascara

not too much at all, just enough to make your eyes look nice
Powder/Foundation to fix any skin issues (breakouts, discolorations, shinyness, etc.)

Brown or Black mascara (that always makes a difference)

Blush (maybe a light pinky color) just to give you a fresh-face flush

and lip gloss

and then you can experiment from there
First, put on moisturizer. Second, put on concealer. Third, put on powder lightly on your face. Also put a lightly brushed peach blush on your cheeks, chin, forehead, and nose for a natural glow. Then use a liquid eyeliner on the top of your eye lids only, dont put any on the bottom. Then use CLEAR mascara for a really natural look. Finally put on a nude colored lipstick or lip gloss. %26lt;3
Start off with lip gloss and a brown mascara, where it for a couple week, and see if you want to add on. :)

Mascara and lip gloss makes everyone look better, and vibrant. :)
