Does anyone have some good make up tips?

I'm starting high school and want to start wearing make up. However, I have no idea what to use or how to apply it. I have fairly pale skin, blue eyes (which I would love to make stand out), and medium brown hair. I want to use make up, but want it to look natural and not overdone. Please give me any tips you have on what products, colors, and techniques to use!Does anyone have some good make up tips?
If you have any acne, use a light powder foundation to cover it up. Less is more, so you really don't need a lot for it to look good. With blue eyes, a little mascara (either black or dark brown) would work great, and as someone else said, brown eyeliner is good for a natural, subtle look, and it will make your eyes stand out.

You can also use pretty much any lipgloss/lip color you want. Since you're just starting out, you'll probably want a more natural look, so go for pink or nude lip glosses. You will have to reapply a lot, but that's not as big a deal as everyone makes it out to be. I know all the things I've listed sound like a lot right now, but if you apply a little of each thing, it'll look like you've hardly got anything on at all. :)Does anyone have some good make up tips?
Always remember the saying a little goes a long way. This is important rule to keeping your make -up natural looking . And remember to accent you best features if those are your eyes then play them up with a brown or taupe shadow color I like almay because it is hypo allergenic and safe for contact wearers. and a good set of make-up brushes make a world of difference .also almay makes colors for specific eye colors its cool you get three colors to mix and match and remember if you play up your eyes then take it easy on the rest of your make up . I use shadow for my liner as well by wetting the brush then applying like eye liner it seems to stay and not smudge as easily as liner and also looks more natural
no matter what you do, DO NOT put on too much eyeshadow and dont use ';old lady'; colors, like bright purple or ugly bright blue.

well for blue eyes pink, brown(definitely) and silver for eyeliner would be great. u will want to always follow these points while applying eyeshadow:

1. apply liner(if you want liner)

2.apply to lid

3. apply to crease(line u get between brow bone and lid)

3. apply light color to brow bone

4. apply to outer corner of eye

5. and finally put white or shiny white just under your eyebrow to look more awake and put together.

6. apply MASCARA (black or dark brown)

u can also use kind of silvery blues(for lid or brow bone) and dark blues(for liner, outer corner or crease)

you can buy eyeshadows from rimmel i think it is with the eye shadows all set up for you. like it has one for the lid/liner, crease, brow bone and corner all ready for u. i would recommend using that at first.

if have zits, then use concealer

and if u ahve oily skin sign foundation, i also think u should use bronzer to make u look more tanned.

also never put too much foundation on your face cuz then the color of ur skin on ur face wont match the color on your neck, so if u need alot of foundation, make sure to apply it to your neck as well, for blending purposes.

k, thats about it.

iv e been typeign forever

hope i helped

good luck!
Don't wear too much. Keep foundation minimal and since you have pale skin skip the bronzer and use blush. Just not too much because you'll look like a clown. And if you want to bring out your eyes, i suggest just wearing mascara. Don't wear blue eyeshadow or any of that because it will just look weird. Keep make up simple for school and play with it more on the weekends for parties and stuff.
:-)

Eye lash curler (first do that)

Mascara (top %26amp; bottom lashes)

Liquid eyeliner for your TOP lid ONLY.

Peach blush would look great on your skin

Peach lip gloss would look lovely.

Blue eyes, hmmm...a lil blue and some gold eyeshadow would be stunning!

BELOW your eyebrows, (but not lid)- white eyeshadow would make your eyes stand out.

Just experiment girl.

Have fun!

for eyes that pop out and people just look at:(like in the gorgeous way)

use a dark liner to draw around the top and bottom lash area

for lips

use a bright lip stick like an orange or fushsia color

;)
use bare minerals powder..you can get it at sephora, that is the best stuff ive ever used, its amazing!
brown eyeliner and blue shadow

maybe dark brown mascara.
Almay has somethin called like Intense Eye Color and there are eyeshadows, liners and mascaras that come in colors to bring out every eyecolor-including blue. Check out Almay for that, I use their Intense Eyecolor line for my brown eyes and it works good. Maybelline has the best mascara. CoverGirl has pretty eyeshadows that don't fade.

Don't start off using a lot. If you have a nice clean complexion avoid foundation and all that. Keep your complexion clean and nice. If you want to add color to your cheeks apply a little blush (I recommend using a round blush brush rather than the flat one that comes with the blush you buy b/c sometimes the brushes are stiff. With a round one you're able to have better control.)

Also keep in mind that you should only play up one feature at a time. Don't play up your eyes with pretty bright colors and then use a bright lip color. If you wanna go out on bringing out your eyes then a subtle lip color is what you should stick with. Another thing I advise you to do is ALWAYS choose eye makeup that fits your eye color NOT with what you're wearing. It looks tacky if you match red shadow with your red top. Always think about how it will bring out your eye color first. Before you go to bed wash off ALL your makeup. NEVER EVER sleep in makeup its awful for your skin and looks disgusting when you wake up.

To keep your makeup natural don't use a lot of makeup. You'll know if you're making yourself look too overdone if it takes you a long time to apply your makeup, if you find yourself spending a lot of $$$ on cosmetics and sometimes if people say its heavy. Keep makeup simple during the day and at night you can go a little more glam.

Check out Mary Kay for customizable compacts that allow you to switch out makeup for the day to night and vice versa. Also go on YouTube and watch video tutorials. Go to the bookstore and look at books that will give you tips and techniques and experiment on which way works best for you or maybe you'll discover a new way that fits your personal need. If you want go to the mall and ask the people who work in the make up department about how to apply make up to bring out your eyes and will look natural.

'Hope this helps!!
