use MAC number 7 eyelashes. they're amazing and make your eyes pop.
Use light shades of eyeshadow, no liner and some mascara.
I use Clinique.
Apply two layers of black or dark mascara.
Apply black or dark eyeliner.
To make your eyes stand out, use a smokey gray or dark plum to emphasize your eyes and make them look bigger.

Use a dark shadow on the outer corners and in the outer eyelid creases. On the middle and inner lid use a light shimmer. On the inner corner put a ';blop'; of a white shimmer to give it a glow. This will open up your eyes a lot. Only use eye liner on the middle to outer top lid and on the sparingly on the middle to outer bottom (very little) Then use tons of mascara where the eyeliner is touching.

wear eyeliner on top lashes and bottom, add a smokey eye affect than add a lighter shadow below ur eyebrow to highlight than add a bit near the inner corners of ur eyes than finish off with two layors of black mascara on top lashes only. use mac!
