invest in a set of make up brushes, they really make even the most inexpensive make up look great. try a primer, you can get it at makeup stores like Ulta for about $5 and it stays on all day %26amp; keeps your make up looking fresh all day. Start with a base color for eyes like brown and dont be afraid to go wild w different colors. invest in a good mascara and i always do my eyes first, that way if any powder gets on your cheeks you dont have to worry about smudging your makeup. And i always use a bronzer and mineral powder.

I would say don't wear to much. wear natural colors. It looks pretty and classy at the same time.
