Can you help me with some make up tips?

my friend has red hair, pale skin, bright blue eyes, and freckles.

she tends to put a lot of darkness around her eyes and i want to bring them out and show everyone how pretty they are.

so what are some tips? Can you help me with some make up tips?
Mabey cover up the freckals with foundation. Not too much other make up. But I think blue eyed people are lucky for 2 reasons: Blue eyes are like, gorgous, and they get a lot of makeup choice. So all together:

Cover up the freckals. Blue eyeliner and black mascara. Even if you just used black mascara with an eyelash curler they'd pop out.Can you help me with some make up tips?
not too much on pale skin!! putting too much black around the eyes makes them look smaller rather than larger, so you are better off with a shimmery (not glittery) taupe or gold colored eyeshadow at the crease and just black mascara and maybe a some black eyeliner on the lashline and bottom waterline. make sure that the eyeliner is a little thicker on the outer corner and fades into the inner corner. Also, a highlighter color (a white shimmer might even work) makes eyes seem more awake when applied to the inner corner -- be very careful with this though, i often see girl put waaaaay too much and end up getting glitter all over their face! (not cute..) i would put minimal powder foundation (bare escentuals is the best!!) and maybe a little well blended blush (applied where the sun naturally hits the face --apples of the cheeks, on the nose, a little on the chin) . Finally, i would do a peach or pink lip, not too too overpowering because colors really tend to pop out and be really makeup-y on redheads with fair skin. hope this helps!
yeah with the red hair and light toned skin she deffinatley wants to go for lighter colors.maybe even blue eye liner to make her eyes stand out even more. but with eye shadow I'd go for light colors and if you go for dark colors to compliment her outfits then id put a light eye shadow right along the bottom of your eye brow so your eyes still pop. :)
Ooooh thats a no no with red heads with light skin. You want to go for colors that complement her eyes...so blue shadow would be nice but the right shade of blue and gold also looks good with red heads. They look so much better with less makeup...the freckle look is IN!!
Look at this:
ooooooo she sounds pretty give her some thick mascara that plumps them up and makes them look spread out and some black eyeliner to mske them pop and some light green shadow and maybe some gloss
BLUE!!!! Its is the best or green eyeliner
