Have any good make-up tips for me?

I am a young teenager who has just started to wear make-up, but does not know what colours and what to wear.

Eyes: My eyes are blueish-greyish-greenish. My eyelashes are pretty normal. Eye liner and mascara makes me develop even darker circles under my eyes.

Face: My skin does not break-out really at all, and it is very fair. I have not got freckles. I am mostly British, but have parts of German and Italian in me. I have small dark circles under my eyes, but otherwise, my skin colour is very even.

Lips: My lips are pretty normal. I am afraid of wearing anything super bright, and I prefer gloss.

Hair: I have got shoulder-length dark brown hair that is super thick, but frizzy.

I hope you can help! Have any good make-up tips for me?
You should probably just keep it natural and fresh. You don't seem like you need any hardcore foundations or anything like that. If you do buy foundation, choose one that blends in with your natural skintone well. A good choice is L'Oréal True Match or CoverGirl TruBlend. Use the foundation more like a concealer-- only apply it where it is needed. Smooth in a sheer layer of powder. Loose powder is a better idea because it goes on much lighter than pressed powder. A powder brush is also helpful to keep your face natural. If you're having a hard time choosing the right color, try L'Oréal True Match. Next to the bottles, you will find a color swatch card that helps you choose which color matches your own. Put it over your forearm, hand, neck, or jawline and pick the one that seems to disappear over your skin.

For your eyes, try a clear mascara or a waterproof mascara. That way, it won't smudge on your skin. Clear mascara isn't very noticeable, so if you want something that with define your lashes, try a waterproof mascara. My favorite is CoverGirl Fantastic Lash. If you want a natural and healthy look, try CoverGirl Natural Lash Clear Mascara or Maybelline Great Lash Clear Mascara.

Since you like lipgloss, try something that doesn't have a lot of color. Lip Smackers are a great for a natural shine with no added color. CoverGirl Smoothwear Lip Tints, or American Girl Conditioning Lip Shine (from Bath %26amp; Body Works) are also good choices. Just choose a color that you feel matches you the best.

If you want to add a little contrast to your face, try a natural color blush. My favorite is L'Oréal True Match blush because it compliments my face excellently. If you go to www.lorealtruematch.com, they will help you figure out which color is best for you.

Good luck! I hope this information helps you out.Have any good make-up tips for me?

Since your skin is clear and even toned, let your fresh face shine through. You might want to get some fair concealer to dab (lightly) on those dark circles under your eyes to minimize them. Get a waterproof mascara....don't go with anything that ';thickens'; but rather something clean that will lengthen your lashes just a bit and seperate them. Don't bother with eyeliner, you don't need it. If you'd like to give your eyes a bit more of a lift, get a neutral eyeshadow such as a mink brown or taupe. Using a small pencil brush with about a 1/4 inch wide bristle, brush a VERY small amount of eyeshadow within the crease of your eyelid, and take it down from the outside of the crease to the outer edge of your eye. Again, make this very light. After appyling it, take a clean brush (like a small blush brush) and blend the powder into your skin. Keep in mind whatever you apply (shadow, blush, etc) always blend. The last thing you want is to look like a clown applied your makeyp. Finally, don't bother with lipstick, gloss is fantastic and will cap off that ';fresh'; look.

Don't be afraid to experiment with colors for those special occasions. Maybe a lilac shade of eyeshadow and a bit of peach blush? It's up to you, just keep in mind that ';less is more';.
I always think that you want to go for a natural look because it's more subtle, and it's best when you're younger. The best thing for you to do is to go to this website: http://www.marykay.com/daryn_anderson and do the Virtual Makeover. You choose a model that best matches your hair, eye color and skin tone. It will let you see which colors would look best on you. Then when you're done you can buy the products that you like on the same site!

Here's a heads-up on the pricing: Foundation $14, Eye Shadow $6.50, Eyeliner $9.50-$11, Mascara $10-$15, Cheek Color $10, Lip Liner $9.50, Lipstick $13, Lip Gloss $13.
well 4 your eyes you should use a light color of any color that matches your clothes. Also you might try clear mascara 4 your lashes.

for your face you should use a light rosy pink blush. but not to heavy and blend it in good.

4 your lips you should try a nice lightly glimmer gloss.

(if eye liner makes the dark circles stick out then don't wear any and just stick to the eye eye shadow)

(also since you have fair skin don't get the eye shadow too light.)

and if you don't have much pimples you don't need to use face powder or a bunch of concealer. Because your young your pores need the air you don't want to clog them cause then you could break out.
Just wear like clear mascara, brown eye shadow, and a pinkish blush, and for lips just like a color to match your blush or just clear. Get stuff for you hair too.
